Who we are

TightnessPro (“the app”) is published by Audit-Pro Ltd (“we”, “us”, “our”), a company registered in England and Wales under company number 16429098, registered office 20 Hepworth Gardens, Wakefield, WF1 3FH, England. For any privacy question or request, contact us at support@audit-pro.co.uk.

Summary

TightnessPro is a professional tool for volumetric gas tightness testing, direct purge reporting, and installation-volume workflows. Your test data and reports stay on your device. The company details, test data, and PDF reports you create are stored locally and are not uploaded to us. The only information that leaves your device is what is needed to process your subscription — handled by Apple, Google and our subscription provider RevenueCat (see “Subscriptions and payments” below). We do not sell your data and we do not use third-party advertising or analytics.

What information the app handles

All of the following is stored only on your device (in the app’s local database and file storage) and is not transmitted to us:

• Company / engineer details you enter for reports (e.g. company name, address, logo, engineer name).
• Test and job data you enter during tightness tests, purges, and installation-volume calculations, including any site addresses you add when exporting a report.
• Generated PDF reports, saved to your device’s storage and shared only when you choose to export or print them.
• App settings and records, including your acceptance of the in-app disclaimer and a cached timestamp of when your subscription was last verified (used to allow short-term offline access).
• Diagnostic logs generated on the device to help the app run correctly. These remain on the device.

We do not request access to your contacts, photo library, location, or microphone for the core workflow. The app uses the system file picker and print/share dialogs only when you initiate an export.

Subscriptions and payments

Access to TightnessPro requires an active subscription (with an introductory free trial). Purchases are processed entirely by Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play) — not by us. We never see or store your payment card details. When you subscribe or restore a purchase, the app communicates with Apple’s or Google’s billing service to confirm your entitlement. We never see or store your payment card details.

We use RevenueCat to manage and verify subscription entitlements on our behalf. When you subscribe, restore, or the app checks your access, limited purchase information — such as the store transaction/receipt and an anonymous app-user identifier generated by RevenueCat — is processed by RevenueCat to determine whether your subscription is active. RevenueCat does not receive your name or payment card details. The handling of your information by these providers is governed by their own privacy policies:

How we use information

Because data stays on your device, we use it only to provide the app’s features: producing test records and PDF reports, remembering your company details and settings, and confirming your subscription status. We do not profile you or use your data for marketing.

Sharing

We do not share your data with third parties. Reports and data leave your device only when you choose to export, print, email, or otherwise share them using your device’s own tools.

Data retention and deletion

Your data remains on your device until you delete it. You can remove it by using any in-app reset/clear function, by deleting individual exported files, or by uninstalling the app (which removes the app’s local database and settings). Exported PDFs you have already shared or saved elsewhere are outside the app’s control.

Children

TightnessPro is a professional tool intended for use by qualified gas engineers and is not directed at children.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete personal data we hold about you. Because we do not hold your data on a server, most data is under your direct control on your device. For any request relating to data we may hold (for example, support correspondence), contact support@audit-pro.co.uk.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the app evolves. Material changes will be reflected by updating the “Last updated” date above and, where appropriate, within the app.
