Three core workflows

01

Tightness Test

Step through a structured tightness testing workflow with guided routing and a clear pass/fail outcome to record against the job.

02

Direct Purge

Run a direct purge workflow with the calculations handled for you, capturing the details needed for a complete record.

03

Installation Volume

Calculate installation volume from pipe sections and meter volume, ready to feed into your test and reporting.

Built for engineers in the field

Guided & offline

Clear, step-by-step screens that work without a signal on site. A short offline grace period keeps you working if connectivity drops.

📄

Branded records

Apply your company name, logo, and operative details so every exported report carries your branding.

Captured signatures

Collect the engineer signature, and an optional gas-user signature, directly on the device before export.

🔒

Private by design

Your company details, job data, and reports are stored only on your device. We do not run a server that collects your data.

📥

Easy export

Generate a PDF and open, print, or share it with your own tools. Files are named by date and site for tidy record-keeping.

📱

Phone or tablet

A responsive layout designed for everyday use on the devices you already carry to the job.

Professional PDF reports

Each tightness test and purge can be exported as a structured PDF record that includes your company details, the site address, the captured signatures, and the relevant test details — ready to hand to the customer or keep for your files.
